Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@paddlepeakstore.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change before your order ships.
