30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return Email us at info@paddlepeakstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
